Refund & Returns Policy
Because our flowers, wreaths and garlands are handmade, we are unable to accept returns on most items. Please read the details below.
Items we cannot accept returns on
- Fresh flowers, bouquets, fresh wreaths and fresh foliage, as these are perishable
- Funeral tributes
- Anything made to order or personalised to your colours, size or requests, including custom wreaths and garlands
- Workshop tickets, and installation or decorating bookings for a specific date (deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel)
Ready-made items bought online
For ready-made, non-perishable items (such as faux wreaths and artificial garlands that are not made to order), you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us first. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, and you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, and we will put it right with a replacement or refund.
